My dad was under debt review, then he was sent on pension and could not afford to pay debt review anymore and the attorney handling it could not get the amount down he needed to pay, so eventually the debt review got cancelled and standardbank (cheque account overdraft) handed my dads account over to Hammond Pole attorneys, they phoned him once to make an arrangement, he was told what amount to pay, but he paid as he could, the last payment was last month of R500 and something. He now shows me a message from Hammand Pole that says a execution warrant will be issued??? No phone calls nothing, a pathetic sms, that's all.
