Lost Title

I have been begging LGR to draw up documents fro my lost title deed and they are not playing the game at all. Two weeks ago an email was sent to Crystelle from Van Rensburg Koen Baloyi Attorneys to contact me to come sign documents that didnt happen. I called Crystelle three times last week to arraange and she keeps saying she will call me back and she never does. This afternoon I spoke to the lady called Patricia switchboard requesting to speak to someone dealing with complaints and she told me that Lydia will call me from Conveyencing, I am still waiting.

What makes me angry is there is NO SENSE OF URGENCY from LGR Attorneys and POOR SERVICE hense they lost my title deed.
