After advising Standard Bank Card Division that I was unemployed I have received numerous phone calls sometimes up to 2 hours between calls from your call centre staff regarding my credit card account.
My complaint is that your staff show no compassion, are extremely rude and even shout at a person over the phone when communicating.
I have explained that I am unemployed at the moment. Being a loyal payer normally and now have a problem to pay currently your staff goes out of their way to be as nasty as possible. And why would your staff phone up to almost 21:00 at night?
Charge me interest by all means. Give a person a chance to get new employment and to start repaying the account. Being unemployed means you have no money. So please tell me where on earth would one find money?
