I have had the most horrible service one could receive! I Have been phoning MBD since the 3 of May regarding the fact that my debit order has been going of earlier than what was agreed to. Upon phoning, i was told that they do put it through two days before and two days after the agreed to date! Why!! i then asked who will be refunding me my back charges (unpaid debit fee of R138) and was told i just need to fax through my bank statements and it will be refunded - yeah right - i have now been speaking to various people (Geraldine, lizette, Babita etc) and after being told for a week that it sits with their customer services department (and no they do not have a contact number for the department!), today i get given the number, only to be told be Kedibone that they have nothing to do with this and i need to phone the debit order department! Another department again! i phoned this debit order department but get an answering machine. i phone customer services again and get told to keep on trying! WHAT THE IS GOING ON! One would swear that this is a overnight operation with not credibility or pride in business practice. i want my money back now. I do not trust you guys at all.
