I bought an order that was never delivered to me, and then I asked for a refund (which by the way was a very long process as their customer service response rate is close to zero. I was promised to get the money refunded on to my account within ten days which I waited patiently, and still nothing was refunded. I wrote to them about it and they tell me about the back log that they have and asked me to wait some more. I have been waiting for more than 21 days now for my refund.
I wrote again to them and this time around I did not get any response from them.
This is a very bad service from City slicker and does not build much of a reputation for their business.
