Bad Service from BidorBuy/ Tower Star
It's been 3 weeks and I have not received my order yet. Contacted the supplier directly and they referred me to track my parcel myself with the post office. It has now become my problem to try find the parcel which seems to be at some branch.By the time I knock off the post office is closed and in any case there is no assurance that my parcel is with that branch. After payment has been done it seems it does not matter whether you received your package or not. What seemed as easy and convenient was actually not and it is one of the worst customer service I have ever received. I have no idea where my parcel is and it's been time consuming to try figure out why I haven't received it yet.
