My girlfriend has not received her flowers as yet and delivery was promised before close of business. She's about to leave the office and nothing yet from Netflorist - To make matters worse your lines seems to be flooded or not working on 0861300600 when I needed to do an urgent follow-up.
This is really disappointing as it was a birthday gesture. Please advise at your soonest, as I will be demanding a full refund.
