BAD QUALITY FLOWERS AND NO FEEDBACK ON COMPLAINT

I ordered sunflowers for my girlfriend on 05/04/2013.
They were delivered on time on the 08/04/2013.
They were not great looking (all still closed-up).
I assumed they would open up, but as the days went on,
they just started withering away.
I complained on the 15/04/2013 and till this day have not had any feedback.
Terribly disappointed.
