I purchased a voucher from CitySlicker - dinner for 2 at Dehli Palace in Paulshof. I made a booking with a gentleman on 18 Nov 13 for 23 Nov 13. We arrived at Dehli Palace 23 Nov at 19:00 and found the doors locked and a sign on the door reading "closed for Renovations". I phoned the number where I made the booking on but it just rang. I then phoned the cell number provided and a gentleman answered telling me that he left 3 weeks ago and that he thinks Dehli Palace closed down? I emailed CitySlicker on Mon 25 Nov telling them what had happened and that I want my money back. CitySlicker replied and said they spoke to Dehli Palace and they are indeed open for business and gave me a totally different number to the numbers provided on the voucher and said that I used the incorrect number?? Come on CitySlicker! You guys are trying to beat around the bush! I don't care for the excused anymore, we don't care to go back to Dehli Palace anymore they just left a sour taste in our mouths! Please just refund my money. We did everything from our side as required. I made a booking, we a arrived on time only to find that Dehli Palace had no responsibility to commit to appointments.
