I contacted CitySlicker with regard to a query I had about one of their offers. I received an automated email from their customer support confirming that they will be in contact within 2 days. I received no further contact. I emailed again a couple of days later advising that I had not received the promised customer contact and also to say that I had now missed out on the deal as I had received no further information. I have STILL not received anything besides another automated email from their customer support confirming that they will be in contact within 2 days! So, yet again we are at the brunt of extremely poor customer service! (And I am an unfulfilled customer!)
