I purchased an item last week Wednesday order number 6866885 and paid for 2 day courier. The seller has messaged me to say he dispatched it on the 28 November, he also provided me with a tracking number YA0010596099. The courier company Fastway says the tracking number does not exist.
He does not bother to respond to my e-mail as well as my phone calls.
I asked Bid or Buy to assist, they e-mailed the seller and got no answer. I phoned again and they said there was nothing they can do.
Bid or Buy still allows the seller to sell this item and others to buyers as long as they get their commission Bid or buy don't care whether the buyers receive their goods! Do I now have to drag everybody to the Consumer complaints commission? I also believe I have good grounds to open up a case at the police station as this is!
