Stylish Shoe Rack that did not hold 20 pairs

City Slicker had a special offer on for a Stylish Shoe Rack that held 20 pairs of shoes. The cost of this rack was on a special at R199.00. I went ahead an bough this in good faith.
When the item arrived - never mind that it was a plastic piece of nonsense, but it barely held 12 pairs of shoes!
I wrote to City Slicker who said tht the agent would get back to me about this.
I waited for two weeks - no response. I wrote to them again and this is the response that I got from them:

Please note that the order you received is correct.

Kindly note the we wrongly advertised that it holds up to 20 shoes but doesn't.

They admit to the wrong advertising, but do not offer a solution to the problem!!! Very inefficient. I will no longer by using City Slickers and will also not reccommend - even dissuade people to buy off that site.
