NO REFUND ON EVENT TICKETS!

I purchased 4 Tickets to the McLaren Cirucs for 10 October at 13:30 for the price of R230, in my haste and excitement I ommitted to see that the Circus was taking place in Johannesburg and not Pretoria where I reside. I made the booking and paid by Creditcard on 03 October at 10:00 am. After discovering my mistake for making a booking in Johannesburg moments later I mailed my cancellation to [Email Removed] at 10:11 am, an automated reply was received. At 10:53 i received the confirmation mail that my payment had gone through. 7 October I resend my cancellation and just recieved the automated reply on 8 October 2013, I followed up with a telephone call. i was informed that there is No refunds on Event Tickets and I explained i purchased in the wrong area. I then received a mail on 8 October 10:03 that my refund has been Denied. Please note: when you purchase a garment from shops with a No Refund policy they give you the option of purchasing something else for the amount of money that you have spend - But not Groupon- they simply refuse and in the process will spend your money for you, eventhough thou the Event scheduled for 10 October still has to take place!!
