I have phoned and e-mail Vox telepreneur personnel since the 10th of February 2013 for a downgrade on our current system. I have made follow ups every day so far but to no avail. I contacted Mr du Plessis, he assure me that this will get sorted out ASAP. Nothing yet, phoned again and again and again until I got the principal of the companies number. He is not available so I spoke to a manager at the JHB branch, she told me this morning at 9H00, rest assure I will sort this out and come back to you. Still no feedback. What must I do to get someone to assist me.. Its easy just downgrade the current system but obviously they playing for time and time is money!!!
