Poor call centre service with bad wifi

For 2 weeks now we have bad connection service. The signal is on and off the whole time. Wifi does not work most of the time. We have a 50m meg line, uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled. We were forced to upgraded.the connection was fine for 3+ years and just one Saturday decided to stoo working. Vumatel came out and said the line is fine but the router is faulty. Everytime we call another operator, tries to "help" and say we need to rub further testing. We have done numerous testing WinMTR, downloaded the route this app sat on a call next to the router, upgrade the router software, changed the channels. Still nothing is working. The line keeps going up anf down, on and off. Supposedly should have an unthrottled unshaped account. Apart from this RSAWeb arrange a time for a call, a day before. On the scheduled time, received no call whatsoever. Rsaweb asks me what is the issue, here we are waiting for them to tell us what is the issue. How should we know what is the issue. For us to have internet, which we pay for on a monthly basis, we need to pay for someone to come out and resolve or look into the problem. It is not our problem to resolve the issue, nor to pay RSAWeb for a call out, for us to have the internet we already pay for. Further, if we want to cancel we need to pay more money, again for something that is not even working in the first place and begin paid for. Poor service provider, poor service call center. Wil NOT recommended this provider to anyone.
