Terrible service

Hi Donito and RSAWeb

I hope this email finds you well. The order I have placed with RSA is honestly bordering on ludicrous art this stage!

I emailed and ordered with RSA web for the first time on the 6th of September- after complaining about the service I was finally called and told it wont happen again fast forward a week later I resubmitted my order trusting I would be given better service and God forbid I ask an internet provider to PROVIDE ME WITH INTERNET. My second order was AGAIN placed on the 13th of September cue ANOTHER WEEK LATER and yet again I HAVE NO INTERNET!!!

How much more do I need to beg for service! This is absolutely ridiculous

I am art my wits end!!!
