I always buy sushi vouchers from sites like Groupon, Wicount and Cityslicker. We were thus appalled with our experience at Kawayi a merchant of Cityslicker. the sushi was REVOLTING! This restaurant doesn't have a clue on how to make sushi, we had portions of fashion sandwich and California rolls that were double the size of what they should be, there was more rice than filling that you could not taste anything but the rice. The rice was overcooked and soggy and as soon as you dipped your sushi into the soy sauce it fell apart. The rice had to much rice vinegar that left a bitter after taste in ones mouth. We were disgusted and nauseated by this sushi, if the vendor wants to sell a eat as much as you like deals then for goodness sake don't try and fill your clients up with rice and skimp on everything else and at least know how to make sushi rice! CITYSLICKER manager CRYSTAL is as abrupt as her staff who answer the phones and emails and it was like talking to a brick wall as she pointed out their terms and conditions like a robot and wasn't interested in listening to my complaint. I demand my money back from Cityslicker as they sold me clumps of rice and I bought a sushi voucher!!!
