I've been with Amobia for more than 1.5 year. During this time there was the odd issue here and there but it was mostly ok.
Amobia during the last 4-5 months: dismay, frustration, disappointment.
Beginning in September the connection was disconnecting very frequently. After an innumerable amount of emails calls and troubleshooting - nearly three months later - the issue was fixed.
However the other main issue, that still remains to this day, is that there is a visible degradation of the connection during the evening hours (8pm-1am). These are speedtest examples of my 3mbps uncapped connection during this time:

These slow speeds are rendering one of my connections, that is used for live tv streaming, completely useless. I've been having this issue for months with some in-between good periods (which lasted mostly for a week). Getting calls from different technicians every time, having to explain the problem from the beginning each and every time, doing "troubleshooting" that effectively leads to 0 solutions has frustrated us to no end.
