Dear John Dory's Carnival Mall
I appreciate the fact that the Sushi market has grown a lot and to compete with other restaurants, you would also have a sushi menu. But I'm afraid just by sending some guys on a course and praying that they will produce quality sushi is a big no no... I joined some friends at John Dory's Carnival mall over the weekend and was disappointed with the bad quality Sushi that was on display.. it was clear that a large amount of sushi was old and even the new stuff was badly made and the taste was not quite something to brag about.. I frequently eat Sushi at various restaurants in Johannesburg and Pretoria and I have never found the rice to taste as old as the ones I had at your restaurant. I was so hungry that I forced myself to pick something from the display and needless to say I paid for that bad decision.. I will not have sushi at John Dory's again unless major changes are made to the quality of the sushi and the hygiene process.. Deeply disappointed and disgusted fro having to spend my weekend being sick!
