I purchased a tv unit and lounge suite from 5 rooms. On delivery the tv unit was just left at my residence without it being assembled. On opening the box I found the pieces to be damaged and the quality of product was nothing like the online pic. I then mailed on 18/12/13 cancel the lounge suite prior to its delivery. I kept getting promised that 5 rooms would pick up the defective tv unit days after the said date and then I was sent from pillar to post to get my money back... all kinds of stories from the agents requesting bank statements etc before they can refund my money. Alas it is more than a month and I am still awaiting my refund of R15000.
