Good Day

I was not aware of the subscription that was going of on my account everyday until I actually checked my statement. I have requested with cell c to cancel and they gave me the contact nr for WASPA but they don't seem to have time to answer phone calls. Can you cancel this service before I complain CPA as I did not sign up for this service at all.
