I was on NetFlorist's site and wanted 27 red roses instead of their 24 option so called the call centre expecting the usual 'cant do' SA attitude. They changed my order to 27, didn't charge me for the extra 3 roses and delivered within 2 hours of the order placed (and the rose quality was superb).
Wow, not what i expected. A welcome change from the usual call centres i'm used to in SA - thank you NetFlorist
