I ordered a plant to be delivered to Sedgefield - as a Christmas gift. There was no warning on the site to say that it couldn't be delivered there.
I got a call a few hours later saying that no plants are delivered to that area, and my choices are to cancel the order or chose some flowers. I don't want flowers I want a plant delivered. This is not something that can be done, so I am forced to cancel the order. just to rub salt into the wounds it will take 3 - 7 working days to get the money back! Funny how you can take my money instantly but take your time in refunding me. This is not acceptable!
I now have no gift to send and I have to wait till the 23rd of December for my refund. This is really shocking service from Netflorist!
There is no effort to make a plan, go the extra mile... I just have to accept it?!?
