I placed an order on 12/02/2013 to have gift delivered to my husband ON VALENTINES DAY! it was the first time that i had planned something like this for him! His gift to me arrived on time but without the extras which he paid for! the MD who assured people on 702 last night that netflorist had sufficient capacity and was partnering with RAM for today, gave my husband a R100 voucher for his inconvenience! what a waste!!! it is now 17:17 and the driver is ready to deliver my gift NOW! and they have the audacity to tell me there is traffic!!! My husband is under the impression that he is getting nothing today! i was assured by Chrisotpher more than once that my package had left their offices and was on its way! THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS HAPPENING IN THEIR OWN BUILDING!!! Thanks for ruining the day that accounts for 8% of your revenue!!! How on earth will netflorist ever recover from this! EPIC, EPIC fail!!! I suggest you get sufficient, competent staff in anticipation for mothers day and valentines day next year... Disappointed and utterly disgusted at the level of service THAT WAS PAID FOR!!!
