Net Florist spolied what was supposed to be a very special day. Still have not received an order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 12pm. NEtflorist promised to deliver early this morning and still not delivering on even this promise.
This is the probably the worst customer experience anyone can experience. NetFloris, t we will never use your organisation again. Our friends and my comapnies have told people of the putred service your company offers. Netflorist has taken our monies but not delivered the products. Customer Satisfaction does not exist in your companies ETHOS.
