Waiting more than 3 weeks for an order

I ordered some shoes on the cyber sale from [URL Removed] on the 3rd of December and it is now the 27 December and I'm still waiting.

I've emailed and called their call centre every few days and all they do is tell me there was a mix up with the waybill and I should be receiving my goods soon.

I have found their customer service to be poor and their lack of timely feedback turns me off.
I will definitely never buy from them again.
