I ordered a pair of shoes from Zando and Style 36 within 30 mintues apart. My Zando order was delilvered (as always) promptly yesterday, 2 days after placing my order. My Style 36 order is still pending and the call centre operator Wesley, undertook to call me back as the order reflected "dispatched". I called him back after 45mins apporx and he still did not have a response. Surely one can track the order? This is the second Style 36 order that has gone astray. My order from last month took 3 days to be delivered from the PE depot to my delivery address in PE, and 6 days in total! I will definitely not be shopping with Style 36 again. And I still don't have my shoes or feedback, whereas with Zando you can track your order online.
