Problem since 2013

On 5 December 2013, i wrote a complaint on this site regarding Style 36, where they had a sale and their systems went down due to the server being overloaded with orders, thus my order never went through and i did not get my items. I got a reply on 5 December 2013 from Hildegard Human, this reply reads as follows:

Thank you for your feedback as this always leaves room for improvement. Please advise me on the Items you have selected and I will go to all lengths to source these for you. Please allow me a few days to do this and this will ofcourse be offered at Cyber prices. All I can say is sorry for the failure of great service and we will make this up to you.

Well the few days had become a month and nothing. I had to buy the items at full price. This is very, very disappointing. Due to the holiday season i assume all staff had gone on their break, on Monday i ordered the Christmas beauty box for R99 it arrived yesterday (Tuesday). To date after 5 December 2013 i never ever heard from Style 36 again.
