I feel bad for having to write this complaint but my patience has run out. I ordered clothes on the Cyber Monday Sale which I have still not received. It is just unacceptable that Style36 have messed up and are out of reach - the call centre just rings, no response to emails, no tracking number to check anything myself. I am going on holiday this week and really expected to receive the order before then. It's a pity as Style36 have great clothes & offer a free returns service but if I dont get my package today I will never buy from them again.
