I placed an order on Cyber Monday, expecting delivery between 3-8 days as advised on the site. a week or 2 later still no delivery, so I emailed customer service, who were very nice I must admit and offered assistance, however they have advised that the items are out of stock and they are unable to source the products for me.
they went as far as to give me credits for the site, but I have now asked for a full refund. my point is why go as far as to let a customer purchase items that are not even in stock, as well as not so much as advise that these items are indeed out of stock until the customer queries the delivery a week or two later? Were they ever going to get back to me or would I be waiting for my order into the new year with no knowledge of what was happening?
emailed today (19/12/2013) for full refund, I await a response.
extremely disappointed as this was a Christmas Gift.
