On 21 Jan I received my e-reader, but when I opened the parcel, there was no cover or headphones. I called Groupon SA, after holding for a very long time, finally got to speak to Zulfa. Told me they will source the cover and headphones and ship to me ASAP. She also told me to please send a follow up email 1 week later (28Jan) to get an update. I sent the email and another week has now past and I have had no reply from Groupon.
I find this totally unacceptable. This will be last time I ever shop at Groupon and will surely not recommend Groupon either.
Will be great full if some one could please let me know the status of my query. I don't see why I must wait and wait and wait, if Groupon staff clearly can't do their jobs properly.
