I had problems with my credit card and the transaction failed. I called Sheldon and even though I was impatient and in a hurry, he was just totally calm and he helped me through the whole process of creating a new order. He simply took the load off my shoulders by recreating the whole order himself, then he patiently tried several times to get the bank to approve the transaction - without success.
