Today is my 10 year wedding anniversary and I decided at the last minute that in addition to the usual stuff gifts dinner etc. I would send my wife 10 rose bouquets as a surprise and a bit of a build up to tonight.

I don't know any florist off hand so I went on to the Internet as i said it was last minute so it was on the phone in the car I looked up Florist and netflorist came up i look through the catalogue and though lets try.
I called and held for a minute or two then got through to Sheldon Abdul this guys is top class as it was a last minute decision i didn't have the address i needed for the delivery i didn't have my message ready ill pre-paired to say the least.

Well Sheldon help look up my wife's companies address (I know, I know i should know it I don't bite me) any way Sheldon got the address got my order help with making some choice's on wording for the cards making my experience a breeze.

Its seldom these days that you get service where you feel you were valued as a client and that someone just genuinely goes out of their way to try help you and Sheldon did just that for me thank you!
