Fixing up what Greenbacks broke

Sheldon Abdul at the Paulshof branch is a true asset to NetFlorist!
I ordered flowers online through the Greenbacks website and selected Friday 19th for delivery to my intended recipient. Unfortunately no where through the ordering procedure did the Greenbacks site flag me to tell me that they can delay the order process by 5-10 days.
Contacting Sheldon on Friday he went above and beyond to try resolve the situation for me. All in all the flowers we only delivered on Monday but that is as a result of Greenbacks only sending my order through Monday morning. Sheldon and the Saturday team did everything possible to resolve this sooner.

Only because of their service will I be using NetFlorist again in future. not so sure about Greenbacks
