Every year I order flowers and chocolates for my mom on her birthday, NetFlorist is a great way to do this since I now live in the US and she is still in South Africa. When placing my order I saw that it appeared twice on my account page but thought nothing of it since I have never had any issues in the past. Without me noticing, my credit card was charged twice, before I had even checked my credit card I was contacted by someone from NetFlorist to check if the double order had been intentional. They promptly proceeded to refund my credit card and everything was resolved in a very hassle free way. The service that I received was great, both professional and very friendly, I will definitely continue to use NetFlorist in the future.
