Waiting 2 weeks for my "48" hr delivery engagement

My Fiancee ordered and did an electronic funds transfer for my engagement ring two weeks and one day ago and I still don't have it... was supposed to be here in 48 hours! All this has done it lead to fighting and unhappiness... thanks netjewel for ruining our engagement...
