A buyer purchased a lounge suit from me the item was delivered.6days later the buyer informes me of a damage on the item on a clear place where nobody would miss i then contacted bid or buy and have proof emails telling me that as the seller i am at no fault and i should not entertain the damage as the damage was brought to my attention 6 days later it was upon the owness of the buyer to check the item upon delivery which was offered by the courier to open the Item however the buyer opted not to check the item. Also as the item was in the possesion of the buyer any thing could of happened she then send a few laws download of the internet which did not even relate to her query again I was told not to entertain her threats come one morning cause she post query on hello peter all of a sudden I am blocked from selling on bob. And when I try to speak to management I can never get to him the person who suppose to handle the hello peter queries and so called big guy tried numerous times the guy dealing with the query the lower guy he starts bringing other things not related to the query at hand. I will be taking this further on other media. More reports to follow im limited with space.
