Tried numerous times to open an adsense account

Every time I try to open my "own" adsense account, wIch I dont want to share with my partner that Im currently living with at the same adresse! I get the following e-mail message:

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. While reviewing your application, we noticed that your account information matches a currently approved AdSense account associated with [Email Removed] Because our policies do not permit multiple accounts, we're unable to accept your new application at this time.

when I try to solve this I just get no where!
