No delivery!

I've ordered good in August and have not received the goods to date. i received a mail 4 weeks ago saying that the goods were held up in customs and receive a mail now stating that the goods was re-ordered and i needed to wait for another 3 weeks. I was offered a full refund which i have opted for... lets wait and see how this pans out!
