GROUPON DOES NOT DELIVER

Had placed an order for goods on the 13th of November 2012 and had not received any goods. Had enquired twice to the Customer Services with ticket no 687046 who's only reply was that they could only inform me of an expected delivery date once they get confirmation from their supplier - 3 months after the event. Had sent an e-mail to the Refunds department and requested that my money be refunded as I can no longer wait on non-delivery. They should have according to the FAQ have made a refund and then confirmed it by mail within one week. This was on the 16th of February - 3 weeks ago. Had sent them another e-mail yesterday. It seems that they prefer to ignore rather than to deliver and inform their clients.

For those reading this do not support Groupon as you will be disappointed. The big discount that they claim you will receive does not make up for the inconvenience of paying up front and waiting months on end with no urgency from their side to deliver what you ordered.
