I ordered an Android device and was told to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery. We are now in the 6th week and there is still no sign of my order. I sent an email asking how to go about getting a refund and got an apologetic response but my question was ignored. How can we wait so long for goods - how much longer will i need to wait for either the goods or a refund. Judging by all the complaints here about no refunds I wont hold by breath. I wish I read these complaints before I ordered. I will definitely be telling this story to anyone who mentions Groupon in the future.
