I waited nearly three months for my order. Finally when I got it, it was not in the colour I ordered. I have emailed them several times, and they pass me onto their supplier via email who has ignored the correspondance. Ive email them to make it clear that I expect them to resolve the dispute with their supplier, and heard nothing back. I have not received a single apology, phone call or offer to refund my money from CitySlicker. The goods are still packaged at my home as we cannot use them. CitySlicker has received full payment from me upfront.
