I ordered a bouquet for secretary's day that cost R500 and it was tiny, I was really embarressed with what was delivered! When I queried this with Zainab, the answer was I got what I ordered.
In this day and age, one could really be a bit more responsive to feedback and do one's best to offer the best value for money. I've been using Netflorist for years but will stop from now on.
