My boyfriend ordered flowers for me from Netflorist for my birthday which was the 1st of November. He wanted to make my day special as he lives 1000km away from me. However the supplier in my town delivered a day early and ruined the surprised. So netflorist sent an apology bouquet and chocolates. It is fair in saying that it was the suppliers fault.
