No helpful staff to their customers

On Saturday morning i received SMS from this mobigr8 saying that a reminder that i have joined their content service which i have not and when i checked my balance there was a R3 deducted I immediately contacted call centre who informed me that i have joined this subscription service and there is nothing they can do about it i have to contact this WASPA call centre which the lady at call centre told me was first 24hours when i phoned this number to discover they are only open monday to friday 8 to 5.I then recontacted the call centre who kept spining the same story over and over there is nothing they can do. Sunday and today mobigr8 again debited me account with more subscription. I phoned this WASPA service this morning who told me i joined on 28 August by some voice activated call which they catch you out with if you disconnect they put it through as an acceptance they are scamsters and should be blocked by the networks. They were unable to deduct any amount from my Vodacom contract at the time untill i joined Cell C.Why can Cell C not protect their customers when with Vodacom this Mobigr8 could not deduct any amount from my account or is Cell C making money from this also.
