I would like to publically thank Karel Greeff, Ian and the team at wifi-Technologies, they installed my wifi connection, connected and sorted my email, and when i said that the connection was slow they went the extra mile to find the problem and got me going with speed and efficiency. After a month of bad service from Telkom, Mweb, and mtn. all of whom left me hung out to dry, when the landline cabes were . a mnonth later the landline is still down, none of them bothered to help me with my connection. as far as they were concerned if i disappeared of he face of the earth they would not have been bothered in the least. my complaints 9 several times by email and complaints on hello peter, had absolutely not effect. my guess is they have too many clients losing one does not matter.
Excellent service has become a rare thing in Souith Africa, I'm truly pleased I found one of the gems that are still alive and kicking, offering exceptional service with a friendly smile and fast response..
