Some time last year I purchased a GPS device through Bidorbuy, on purchasing there were a few problems and the device sent to me was not a Tom Tom as advertised by you, it was explained to me that the Tom Tom maps could be loaded but they were extras, I was very unhappy with this.
Secondly your shipping agent ripped me off and I ended up paying almost double for this item, I had to pay extra delivery and custom of almost 100%.
All this I absorbed but it left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Well that is not the reason for this call, in December I went on holiday and really needed the GPS, much to my dismay the unit stopped working and I found that I couldn't even log into navigate, I hate complaining but this is an electronic sealed unit and as such nothing should really be able to go wrong.
I want to know what you are prepared to do about my GPS as I am not a happy customer and everywhere I took this unit they just have one look and say CHINA, what did you expect. Well I didn't expect the unit to pack up.
