I booked a 2 night stay at Hornbill lodge and legends, unfortunately when i paid with my credit card there were a technical error and thus i could not see if my payment had been received or not (this happened over the weekend) I then sent a request to cityslickers to advise me if the payment reflected on their side, I was contacted the following week and could resolve the payment issue with no hassle, needless to say I had a lovely weekend.. a couple of weeks after that i ordered a pair of skins shoes which i expected to arrive in 2weeks time, again cityslicker left me surprised when i was contacted 5 days later by a courier company advising me that they will deliver the same day... Happy client, great customer service (from someone who worked in customer service) I would definitely use their services again ..thank guys!!!
