This is not my first compliment for SA Scooter Shop and I don't work there either, haha. I traded my daughter's 500 Cruza for an Evo 800 and after 1 week the charging plug broke, I logged a ticket on their website and immediately received a response and the following day a technician came out to fix the problem. From the efficiency of the ticketing system on the website to the follow up to the repair this is what customer service is all about. I have dealt with SA Scooter Shop over the past 2 years and every time the service level has been superb.
