Short and simple! Discovery has the most in efficient and incompetent call centre agents. ITs a waste of good time trying to talk to them! It seems to me that they just do no care, they never listen before answering! I am fed up with discovery all round. Absolutely uselessand it seems the team leaders and managers are not any better, if they were then the team would be performing well and not they way they currently are. i have called twice in one week to srot out my queries and no result till now. i was over 45 minutes on the phone today and bout 30 mins last weeek.you think they care?
